How do I enroll in a FEEDS course?
Students may register online via PantherSoft at For registration questions, please contact Mercy Rueda Schott, External Programs Director, at or (305) 348-2801.

I enrolled in a FEEDS course, but I don’t have access to the lecture videos on Blackboard.
If you enrolled during the add/drop period, it can take up to one full business day to gain access to the lecture videos. After one business day, please contact Support Services if you’re still having issues.

 Where is the FEEDS Office located in the Engineering Center?
The FIU FEEDS Office is located in the 2nd floor in Room EC 2435.

How do I access my FEEDS courses online?
Login to Blackboard Learn at using your MyAccounts User ID and password. Your MyAccounts User ID can be found here. To reset your password, go here.

 Who do I contact if I need technical assistance with my course or Blackboard Learn?
Contact Support Services via email, chat, or phone during hours of operation to open a case.

 Where are the FEEDS classrooms located in the Engineering Center?

 How do I watch FEEDS video lectures via FIU’s wireless network connection?
Visit FIU’s Division of IT network site for instructions on connecting to FIU’s wireless network.

 What are the technical requirements for FEEDS courses?
Visit the technical requirements page to view necessary hardware and software needed for your FEEDS course(s).

Who do I contact with any questions regarding grades, assignments, deadlines, etc.?
Please contact your course instructor directly.

 How do I schedule FEEDS exams if I live out of the area?
Refer to the Construction Management FEEDS Policy and/or the College of Engineering and Computing FEEDS Policy regarding examinations. If you need to schedule an exam off-site, please refer to Exam Proctoring.

I don’t see my current FEEDS course on Blackboard page?
If you add/drop a course in, it can take up to 24 hours for the change to be updated in Blackboard. After 24 hours, if you’re still having issues accessing a course you changed during the university’s add/drop period, please contact Support Services.

Do I need to visit the campus at any point for my course during the semester?
Please refer to the FEEDS Policies and contact your instructor directly. Courses may require on-campus visits for exams or presentations.
